Processing & Shipping Times

International Shipping:
We ship to most countries! Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please note, customs duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost and Damaged Products
We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@bringyourownbrain.store within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us right away so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. In both cases, we’ll work quickly to find the best solution—whether it’s a replacement, store credit, or another resolution that gets you smiling again.
